OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS! I can heartily recommend this service. After  working with Denise and any of the women she has assigned to help me, I have only had a good experience..
a) on time work, done when promised. There are no cosmetic emergency's but getting info in a timely consistent manner is critical!
b) quality work done, they have always made me look good-both my web designer and my newsletter babe communicate well...and as a team we can quickly tackle what needs to be completed. The VA mailings do come to me as well, and I am always impressed with them. My virtual assistant gets things like birthday cards and inactive-t notes sent early in the month
and to all the right people!

c) Denise trains them! In the past I had lost time, and experienced much frustration when ever my staff changed and I had to find someone new. There have been no gaps or lapses this way--that represents a huge help.

Every designer is also competent mk. This helps immensely with communication. They can anticipate my needs! I might add, it has been a great change. I enjoy NOT having someone in my actual office on a full time basis. My office assistant now only comes 1x a week or so to keep up on the odds and ends. In the long run, I am a very happily satisfied director with this service and would be happy to recommend them!
